It is designed to serve as a sustaining fund for the party throughout the year by asking individuals to contribute a modest amount over a 12 month period.

The Ninth District Democratic Party has established a fundraising program to support the District Democratic Party and its Coordinated Campaign activities – the Torchbearers Program!
The Torchbearers Program is designed to serve as a sustaining fund for the party throughout the year by asking individuals to contribute a modest amount over a 12 month period. With an annual goal of 75 individuals donating $10 per month for 12 months, the fund will provide $9000.00 annually to the party. These critical funds will be incorporated annually as part of the district budget and used for party communications and mailings, outreach events, candidate and activist training as well as related services to local county parties. |
Contributions or gifts to the Ninth District Democratic Party are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
